The approximate size of each work is 5 by 5 inches. Videos illustrate framing with a 3.5 inch square matte. These original paintings may be framed and/or matted in any way you choose. Matting size for the works are recommended at a minimum of 3.5 inches to a maximum of 5 inches square.
Each work is also titled and signed on the back. You can even opt to have a personal message inscribed on the back. This makes for a great gift! And, these paintings are shipped with a white matte for your pleasure and protection. Play with your own specific matting preferences to create a personalized effect.
My artistic practice has a lot of moving parts. The core premise of my work is movement, which comes from a lifelong career in dance. After years of formal education and training in that form, followed by a very rewarding and successful period of performing, choreographing and presenting dance, my soul began to yearn for something more. Perhaps something more challenging and complex, more integrated, layered, more personal and meaningful for me.
This realization was very profound for me.
It moved me out of a dance studio and into nature.
